improvement and game feel

Hello, i am here once again to show progress of my game.

I feel that i make enough changes to make new version, since last update you will find the next changes:

-animation in all life bars as damage indicator.

-a button in bottom center of screen that changes speed of the floor and parallax.

-credits animation.

-sound effects when player collides to any enemy
